Volk is the founder and leader of the New European Order.

Always struggling to find his next meal Volk's childhood was not one of a child but rather a monster. He's killed people with rocks, pipes, knives and guns.
Eventually he reached the top and killed the king of the hill. It didn't stop there.
Volk wanted more.
In 2420 Volk's plans saw fruitation. The New European Order had been created. Those who had stood against him had either turned or been buried in a shallow grave.
Some would say that Volk is selfish, violent and greedy.
They are wrong.
Volk brings stability while at the same time ensuring that he's there to see it.
